Single Station Prep Station

Description

This China car paint prep station adopts 50mm EPS wallboard on the back side and PVC curtains on the other three sides. Workers work in this prep station and because of ventilation and dust removal system and exhaust fan, the room has negative pressure. The dust air produced during grinding is limited in prep station and collected by dust unit. After filtration, it is exhausted. Bright full booth illumination is provided by eight (8) four-tube, 36-watt, fluorescent light fixtures in the ceiling panels. Each is sealed behind clear tempered safety glass. All fixtures of car painting prep station are made by China and approved for their intended use and placement.
