Description

This paint preparation station is used to collect dust and iron splash during grinding and make working environment clean and tidy. This China prep station spray booth can centralize treat the dust, splash iron and other debris and make production safely.
This paint preparation station adopts 50mm EPS wallboard on its back side and PVC curtains on the other three sides. Workers operated this machine in this paint preparation station. With the adoption of ventilation and dust removal system exhaust fan, the room is in negative pressure condition and dust produced during production is limited in prep stations. It is collected by dust unit and exhausted after filtration by filter dust. This process of China prep station spray booth can control the dust exhaust effectively and protect production environment.


Features

Bright full booth illumination of paint preparation station is provided by eight (8) four-tube, 36-watt fluorescent light fixtures in the ceiling panels. Each is sealed behind clear tempered safety glass. All fixtures are made by China and approved for their intended use and placement.
